Lonely is the Night

Sometimes, the best way to collect your thoughts is to drown yourself in you.

----

If singularity is the state of being weird and different, one of the best ways of owning this uniqueness is through the combination of multitudinous cut-out pictures and snippets to craft something entirely new! Art is a means for anything possible, and that anything could be from the childhood dreams you’ve kept to the tremendous joy that comes with being yourself.

To cater to everyone’s introverted side (be they hidden or not), we’ve decided to give these collages a little twist – a taste of darkness with a hint of loneliness, accompanied by mantras from poets of all sorts who understand what it means to be brilliantly singular. We believe these quotations strike the perfect chords that could tug on all the strings inside our fragile bodies and bring them to sensational places.

ZoĆ« is a can-doer of all sorts. On some days, she enjoys illustrating the wonders her imagination can conceive. On others, she is exceedingly musically-inclined. You’ll often see her stopping in her tracks to take pictures, or on the train with earphones on, filling her phone with thoughts and ideas for her next piece of art. You can listen to the songs she's covered here: https://soundcloud.com/zoerosal
Mikee loves theater and could talk about it for as long as the duration of the Les Miserables musical (maybe even longer). She can write poems and make collages but can't use a special pen for calligraphy to save her life. If she could live on ramen alone for the rest of her life, she would.

Sean is a 15-year-old muggle-born who is proud to say that he is perfectly abnormal, thank you very much. Peculiar in many ways, he is a far cry from that common stereotyped teenager.  He has a great passion for art, and would love to do nothing more than making collages and other creative thingamajigs.
